Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox you wish to redirect emails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
